The Rawson Properties office in Durbanville held a Miss Smartie competition in aid of Woodside Special Care Centre on 27 October at the Figures Modelling School.
The competition was open to all girls between the ages of four and thirteen years and prizes to the value of R10 000 could be won. None of the finalists in the various categories went home with empty hands and the winners won a modelling course at Figures Modelling School.
Woodside Special Care Centre is a home for profoundly intellectually disabled children and young adults and provides quality, integrated and comprehensive care.
