Responding to requests from the public and their own staff, Rawson Developers have established a central sales office at 205 Main Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town.
Previously, says Paul Henry, Managing Director of Rawson Developers, much of their selling was done on the development’s site, or at the Rawson head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch.
This new facility, he says, has the advantages of being attractively fitted out and of being able to display computer graphics and plans on a large number of developments.
In the case of such sold out developments as River’s Edge, River Song and The Rondebosch, said Henry, the only units available now are those which have come up for resale.
However, at The Beaumont, the 179 unit, two-block development at the southern end of Claremont next to St Saviour’s Church, just on 125 units have now been sold. This, he said, was one of the projects for which launch sales took place initially on site, but have now been moved to the central sales office, as construction work on site leaves no room for a sales office.
