The franchise opened its doors here on 1st June. Klopper dealt directly with Acucap to negotiate the deal. “We have already discovered,” said Klopper, “that Bayside Mall is giving us at least 50% more spontaneous walk-in customers than we had in our previous premises.” This and other factors, said Klopper, should ensure that in the year ahead she and her staff will increase their turnover by more than the 30% year-on-year. In fitting out the new office and retail outlet, said Klopper, her aim has been to have two of the usual preliminary operations most people go through in buying a home in one single operation. “The majority of our buying clients, when looking for a home, will first browse the internet, including the Rawson Property Group’s website, and then make contact with the estate agents to give further information on properties that interest them.
