One such, said Jovanovski, is soon to be auctioned.  Sited in Roodebloem Road, these premises consist of three offices linked to an open-plan area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The building has private front and back patios and is partially shaded by trees. It gives easy access to the N2 freeway and is less than five minutes’ drive from the centre of Cape Town. The premises will be vacant on transfer. The reserve price set for this property is R2 million and it has a GB1 (General Business) zoning. The auction will take place on Wednesday 26th March at 12 noon and will be held in the Rawson Property Group’s head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch. Those interested in the property, said Jovanovski, can arrange a pre-auction viewing by telephoning Sean Ferris on 079 919 5930 or emailing Faeqah Corker at info@rawsonauctions.com.
