The majority of enquiries which she is fielding are, said Magni, for duplex townhouses found in such villages as Coral Grove and Cheltenham Ridge and selling at prices from R2,1 million to R2,5 million.  These usually have some 250 m2 of floor area and are on 600 m2 plots. Royal Ascot’s appeal, said Magni, is enhanced and bolstered by its landscaping, especially along its well-maintained automatically irrigated boulevards and by its exceptionally tight security with electrified wall toppings on every village and patrolling guards from Crime Watch, making this one of the securest areas in the entire Cape Peninsula.
