Four students in Interior Design from the BHC School of Design in Woodstock, Cape Town are monitoring the progress at a Rawson Developers and Homebuilders development in Tokai for a project. The project, that requires them to visit the site on a weekly basis, forms part of their subject on Building Construction and is due for October this year. The development is called High Grove and is located opposite the Blue Route Mall in Tokai.
