Oudekraal farm, which is very close to [Bonnievale](http://www.rawson.co.za/property/bonnievale), is very similar, although slightly larger than another farm that Jovanovski is auctioning in the area — Holland Farm. Both produce nectarines, plums and figs.  This farm has a water allocation (from the Boesmansrivier Irrigation Board) and a storage dam with a pump. 4,3 ha are fitted with jet or drip irrigation equipment and the soils are suited to the crops being produced. This farm also has an unused grazing area. Its farmhouse has a floor area of 360 m2 and is surrounded by large established trees. It has attractive wood flooring and there are three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and spacious verandahs. Other buildings include four labourers’ cottages, a byworner’s cottage, a garage and a store room. Jovanovski says that the recommended starting bidding price on this particular farm is R3 million. The terms under which Rawson Auctions operate are: ·         No registration fee is required of bidders ·         A 5% deposit of the purchase price is payable on the fall of the hammer ·         A 10% commission plus VAT is payable over and above the purchase price to Rawson Auctions, again on the fall of the hammer. ##### For more information, email [marketing@rawsonproperties.com](mailto:marketing@rawsonproperties.com) or visit [www.rawson.co.za](https://www.rawson.co.za/) for the latest market tips and industry news. ## Rawson ### Leave a comment ### More Posts Jul 02, 2026 #### [Stock shortage puts Western Cape sellers in the driving seat](https://blog.rawson.co.za/stock-shortage-puts-western-cape-sellers-in-the-driving-seat) advice [![Share on Facebook](https://blog.rawson.co.za/hs-fs/hubfs/social-uploaded-images/Facebook%20Icons.png?width=24&name=Facebook%20Icons.png)](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.rawson.co.za%2Foudekraal-farm-near-bonnievale-to-be-auctioned-in-july%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dfacebook) [![Share on LinkedIn](https://blog.rawson.co.za/hs-fs/hubfs/social-uploaded-images/Linkedin%20Icon.png?width=24&name=Linkedin%20Icon.png)](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.rawson.co.za%2Foudekraal-farm-near-bonnievale-to-be-auctioned-in-july%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dlinkedin) [![Share on Twitter](https://blog.rawson.co.za/hs-fs/hubfs/social-uploaded-images/Twitter.png?width=24&name=Twitter.png)](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.rawson.co.za%2Foudekraal-farm-near-bonnievale-to-be-auctioned-in-july%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&url=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.rawson.co.za%2Foudekraal-farm-near-bonnievale-to-be-auctioned-in-july%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&source=tweetbutton&text=Oudekraal%20farm%20near%20Bonnievale%20to%20be%20auctioned%20in%20July) May 28, 2026 #### [Rates increase by 25 basis points: What May’s MPC decision means for SA property](https://blog.rawson.co.za/rates-increase-by-25-basis-points-what-mays-mpc-decision-means-for-sa-property) [![Share on Facebook](https://blog.rawson.co.za/hs-fs/hubfs/social-uploaded-images/Facebook%20Icons.png?width=24&name=Facebook%20Icons.png)](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.rawson.co.za%2Foudekraal-farm-near-bonnievale-to-be-auctioned-in-july%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dfacebook) [![Share on LinkedIn](https://blog.rawson.co.za/hs-fs/hubfs/social-uploaded-images/Linkedin%20Icon.png?width=24&name=Linkedin%20Icon.png)](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.rawson.co.za%2Foudekraal-farm-near-bonnievale-to-be-auctioned-in-july%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dlinkedin) [![Share on Twitter](https://blog.rawson.co.za/hs-fs/hubfs/social-uploaded-images/Twitter.png?width=24&name=Twitter.png)](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.rawson.co.za%2Foudekraal-farm-near-bonnievale-to-be-auctioned-in-july%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&url=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.rawson.co.za%2Foudekraal-farm-near-bonnievale-to-be-auctioned-in-july%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&source=tweetbutton&text=Oudekraal%20farm%20near%20Bonnievale%20to%20be%20auctioned%20in%20July) May 19, 2026 #### [Who’s fixing what?
