One of the most attractive homes ever built in the Sunridge Milnerton area is coming up for auction on Wednesday 21st August. The auctioneer will be Rawson Auctions and the auction will take place at 12 noon at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town.
Tanya Jovanovski, co-franchisee for Rawson Auctions in the Western Cape, has said that it’s a great privilege to auction such a well finished home, the interiors revealing great craftsmanship and a selection of very good materials. Bidding for this home, she believes, is likely to start at around R2 million.
The home has no less than six bedrooms, all en suite, panel heating in all rooms, Norwegian pine ceilings throughout, two separate kitchens, a built-in oven and hob, a double sink, a laundry, a formal lounge, a dining room and a study. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and the exterior is divided into two separate well-established gardens, one with a fountain. Rawson Auctions charge no registration fee to bid, but they do insist that, on the fall of the hammer, a 5% deposit on the purchase price and a 10% commission plus VAT for the auctioneer be paid.
