[Tanya Jovanovski](http://www.rawson.co.za/sales-partners/tanya-jovanovski-422), co-franchisee for Rawson Auctions in the Western Cape, has said that it’s a great privilege to auction such a well finished home, the interiors revealing great craftsmanship and a selection of very good materials. Bidding for this home, she believes, is likely to start at around R2 million.  The home has no less than six bedrooms, all en suite, panel heating in all rooms, Norwegian pine ceilings throughout, two separate kitchens, a built-in oven and hob, a double sink, a laundry, a formal lounge, a dining room and a study. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and the exterior is divided into two separate well-established gardens, one with a fountain. The gardens are automatically irrigated by a computerized system and the home has extensive balconies. On the ground floor there is an open patio, which, says Jovanovski, is ideal for entertainment.
