The 792 m2 home, says Jovanovski, has three bedrooms (the main bedroom is en suite), all with underfloor heating and sliding doors that lead onto the brick paved pool area. The main living area, she continued, has high wooden beamed ceilings and the combined lounge and dining room is fitted with a Jetmaster fireplace. There is also a large family room with a pool table, a built-in braai, a mini bar and a pizza oven — making it ideal for people who enjoy entertaining. The home also has an indoor Jacuzzi which, especially in winter, can be very relaxing. “The garden and pool area,” said Jovanovski, “which is very well maintained, has a koi pond and a water feature, is irrigated throughout and has an incredible view of Table Mountain.” In addition to the main house, says Jovanovski, there is a separate room, with its own entrance, shower and toilet, which could be used for a “live in” domestic worker. There is also a very large garage that has enough parking space for four cars. Jovanovski says that she expects bidding to start at R2,5 million and this auction, she says, represents excellent value for either a family moving into Flamingo Vlei or a buy-to-let investor. The auction will be held at the Rawson Property Group’s head offices at 222 Main Road, [Rondebosch](http://www.rawson.co.za/property/rondebosch-cape-town) at 12 noon.
