This being the case, she said, an on site auction scheduled by her team to take place on Wednesday 5th December at 12 noon will be one of the most important that she has handled this year. Rawson Auctions expect to be paid a 5% deposit on the fall of the hammer and this has to supplemented by a 10% auctioneer’s commission plus VAT paid on the fall of the hammer.
